MNGI's Clinic is located at street level in the Northeast corner of the building. You will enter using our outside entrance and not the main lobby of the building.

Our Pediatric clinic is a great place to schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns, but is not a location for endoscopic procedures. If your child is in need of a procedure, that will be scheduled at our Vadnais Heights or Maple Grove locations after a consultation with our physician.

I'm not as likely to recommend the practice as I used to be. I have communication difficulties regularly, our GI Dr doesn't respond to messages from our home care team, I've been told many times in person that we could get on the st cloud schedule at the last minute but his nurse and PC never get us in. It's very frustrating.

The clinic is very responsive to phone calls. I haven't sent a message through the portal yet but I'm sure it would be similar. I have received many communications that are very informative.

We were very happy with everything! Only recommendation is for the lab staff to offer numbing/pain options for blood draws on toddlers, nothing was said, I brought up the options I just happened to read on the flyers in the waiting room.

Our one negative was the phlebotomist was doing a lot of talking and a lot of offering options to my son until I said he does best by getting it over with. She was checking both arms multiple times and then inserted the needle and didn't get any blood out. This has never happened before. She went and got someone else who did it instantly. The autistic patient doesn't need the nervous or new phlebotomist.

I liked how all of the information was organized and given to us at the end of the appointment.

Everyone took the best care of my Daughter. We felt welcomed from the moment we entered the office. I am very grateful for the Doctor and Nurse and all of the other staff we worked with. From start to finish everyone was phenomenal
