*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I dislike the practice of waiting for the Dr to type of my notes and have a nurse hand it to me ten minutes later when I can read it in the portal
Lack of clarity about who to call to get sedated colonoscopy in 4 months. I think MNGI main #. Thank you for clarifying after genetic testing I would be unable to get life insurance.
The portal gets updated very quickly and messages get addressed quickly.
I like the digital patient portal, provides all of the information and makes it easy to review at a later time and share the info with my spouse.

Doctor told us no side effects to prescription - that was not the case. After picked up pills we opted to discard because of side effects!
Easy transitions between caregivers, scheduler, lab team members, etc. I never felt forgotten.
Because of the previous issues I'd be hesitant to recommend. Also I did fill out concern on main portal of MNGI never heard from anyone!
