Strong family history of colon cancer precancerous polyps removed during colonoscopy in 2019. No one from MNGI reached out last year (2024) to schedule my 5 yr. return for another colonoscopy.

I haven't had the opportunity to comment on my experience in the lab, so I wanted to just add a note that the young woman who took care of me in the lab was awesome! I am a notoriously difficult blood draw and she got it on the first try! In addition to being skilled, she was friendly and just had very positive energy. This is true of the clinic assistant and Lindsey as well - everyone was just so genuinely friendly and caring. I would rate my overall experience yesterday as a 10!

The man who helped me before the doctor was 10/10 on every scale. He did everything perfectly and I would recommend MNGI just because of him. However, that doctor gave me no help, no solutions, no answers. I left with the same information I entered with. It was a waste of my time entirely.

I have a number of health problems so I have to see a number of specialists MNGI stands out because everyone from clinic assistants to providers are always so compassionate, are good listeners, and are so kind an area of medicine that can be so personally uncomfortable to discuss and get care for. Thank you for making it easier & more comfortable.

Web access is sub par and would put most patients off. Once in the clinic, everything works as it should.
