The plymouth office specifically has been incredible about taking labs for me even though I have very small veins and high anxiety about blood draws due to my vein structure. It gave me assurance that the staff at Plymouth, and the person who took my blood in Eagan were both connected through MNGI's leadership training program. She used two props to help get my labwork and was incredibly skillful using a butterfly! She knew exactly what to do for a difficult draw, which is incredibly rare. I would love to give them 5 Stars for their excellence, and MNGI kudos for their incredible training programs. The investment in MNGI's professional technicians is evident!

The treatments were described well and slowly, and Mary was very pleased that a CT scan was recommended, because not many doctors recommend things like that for her due to her age, which can be frustrating.
