Good experience
My husband was very sick, and the doctor was supposed to order a CAT scan but no one called me for an appointment. So, I called another provider and made another appointment. However, had to cancel as my husband was very sick and went to emergency hospital. I don’t know by someone didn’t make an appointment for a CAT scan.
This is my second experience with mngi and I don't think I will be returning. Since my first experience, at another location broke trust with the company, I almost tossed the baby out with the bath water. But, I gave your company a second chance at another location. After this experience, I plan to seek same services from another Healthcare organization.

I was supposed to have a consultation 4 weeks after lab results back but can't get an appt. until DECEMBER!!!

All staff and doctors are easy for me to communicate with. To be able to tell aides and doctors almost anything I think helps them to care for my needs.
