There was no confusion at all, on my part, upon leaving my appointment. All of my questions had been answered with a plan in place.
Phlebotomist was skilled, careful, and took extra time to explain what would be involved to obtain a useable stool sample for testing.
Its really hard to get appointments at your clinic when you need to be seen. It was the reason I quit coming in 2017
Everything was explained to me in detail and if I had a problem they told me I was sure to call back with any problems
Excellent experience.
Excellent care as always.
I understood my upcoming tests & appointments, as well as my medications and new diet.
Excellent assistance. No complaints whatsoever.
The whole team is very good.
I tried to schedule a f/u appointment to go over the results of my endoscopy and gastric emptying study. I was told the doctor had no openings until May!! That is NOT ok! In what setting is it acceptable to have to wait 2 months to go over test results with the ordering physician?! Then I was offered an appointment to f/u with my results with a different doctor. What?! That would be fragmented care then! A different doctor wouldn't know my background, or why the original doctor ordered the tests she did. Granted, a new doctor could read the past visit notes-but that's not in a patient's best interest! If this doctor can't manage her patient load, she shouldn't be taking on new patients!!
