EVERYONE from top to bottom was so nice. One of the best doctor visits I've ever had.
If I could come here for regular doctors visits I would. The ladies I had all throughout the time being there were fantastic. The nurses were spectacular! The doctor and nurses doing my procedure were incredibly reassuring and so kind and patient with me. I would give this place a 5 star rating any day of the week
The only glitch was the check-in. I was waiting in line (the only person in line) and one girl was busy and one was not. The first girl who was busy had to stop and direct me to the second girl who had had eye contact with me the whole time but never flagged me to come over or said anything to me. Everyone else was very pleasant and efficient and I was Impressed!

The biggest problem is unavailability of appointments. The follow-up appointment is scheduled over a month after my procedure. Inacceptable !
There was a bit to remember with what we covered and that is not one of my strong suits. Everything was spelled out on the paperwork I was given to take home so that was no big deal.
