Our MNGI Digestive Health Clinic is located at the street level in the Northeast corner of the building. Enter using our outside entrance, not the main lobby of the building. You can schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns here. The providers assistant went over things thoroughly, but it was still nice to have things/plan typed out on paper
I wasn't told I would be called to schedule the xray and ultrasound. I just took the order and went and had them done
Printed copy of treatment was VERY helpful.
No care plan provided at that visit.
The front office, medical assistant, and lab people and process was good. The Doctor I saw was the problem. I will not come back because of him.
I did have to ask some clarifying questions to make sure I fully understood the care plan. But once asked, those questions were answered and I was clear on next steps.
There was no follow up directions
Horrible after visit instructions. Had to go back to pick up stool tests bc I wasn't told to get them there after the visit.
MNGI did a very good job in setting up MRI requested by Doctor that was close to home and earliest as soon as we completed lab blood drawn.
Everything is well written on paper with a plan of what is going to be followed.
