The care plan was laid out and explained thoroughly. I gained a wealth of knowledge.
The doctor explained everything very well. I also like the ability to call the clinic with questions.
Excellent attention to detailed planning.
Again, everything was great except for the Phlebotomists.
We cannot get any xrays or ultrasound done at the GI clinic. We have to go to a hospital. That is inconvenient and overall service feels incomplete.
Very good hospitalization.
Please provide a child changing table in the bathroom that is back by the rooms/nurses station.
We got lost and called to ask for directions. They were very understanding.
no time frame for results or more testingno plan for contact
One change I'd like to ask for is that if you can get a scale that is a large like a twin bed & a lift. It would be good for low muscle tone kids/young adults and to be able to measure their length. I rely on GI to help with my daughter's weight, nutrition, and overall growth monitoring. We rely on accurate weights for medication and dietary changes. I just think in the long term as my daughter gets bigger we will have to lift her out and so the lift to get her safely out of her wheelchair will help. If you truly want to maintain the best care for her in her lifetime I see the need for this.
