The person checking me in was not helpful. Very uninterested in her job. Made me feel like I was a bother instead of being a concerned patient.

The only thing was that I did not find out till the day prior to the procedure that I might need a driver.

I was greatly impressed by the level of courtesy and respect shown to me by all of the staff members. Dr. Jeff Sanders was particularly outstanding. I am truly grateful for their care.

Honestly, I was surprised by how pleasant my experience was. The prep really was the worst part - like everyone says. Once I arrived at the center, everyone was very, very nice, very organized, and helpful. The team seemed to work well together, though I was obviously out for the most important part. I felt comfortable, and I also felt like I could ask for something if I needed it. The phone call from a nurse the week before was helpful for getting my questions answered about the prep, whether my driver had to stay, etc. Again, I think the staff did a great job and made my experience very positive.

This is my second colonoscopy with MNGI. Both times were exceptionally positive. On time, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Quality of care is the best. Anesthesia used was efficient with little or no side effects. Great experience! Thank you.

Given too much propofol - total knock out instead of twilight sedation. Most likely to permit overly aggressive technique by physician, resulting in significant inflammation of colon. Pain, nausea and drop in blood pressure. Totally different from my other 5 colonoscopies. A full week to fully recover. Badly done.

The nurses in the recovery room were very helpful giving me warm blankets for my shivering and answering my questions.
