Everyone did a great job!

Everyone was very informative, but I do wish you had more experienced phlebotomists. I warned the nurses about how difficult my veins were, especially in my hands, but I had both us my hands attempted. The first hand we severely bruised and extremely painful after the failed attempt, the second was incredibly painful getting done, and while the IV was set, the pain led me to believe that it was not done in the best way possible.

I had an informed and comfortable experience. I was grateful for the portal ahead of time, the scheduling staff was very patient and courteous, the front desk was welcoming and the clinical staff that day were all exceptionally kind and helpful. Special shout out to the intake nurse who was friendly, informative and reassuring to a patient who was a bit nervous.

My experience there was good. The front desk staff, the nurses and the doctor and team in the procedure room were all great. Nice and friendly, didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all.

Nothing bad relating to my visit. I was quite ill with the prep and when I came in the staff got me in quickly and IV in a good amount of time with nausea med. Very supportive and compassionate.
