good experience
my nurse was wonderful, I was quite nervous especially because no family members could be with me. She really helped me feel safe and secure.
Everything went very well and everyone was pleasant and attentive to my needs.
I chose to not use anesthesia, and Dr. Lee made me very comfortable. Dr. Lee explained what she was doing while I watched the monitor. Very educational, and painless.
The first nurse did not do my IV correctly or where I instructed her to do it. I had major bruising on my arm and another nurse came and did the IV
Preparation instructions were late which made ordering & picking up the prep items a rush.
my doctor has nothing from the referring doctor about what needed to be done during the colonoscopy. lack of communication definitely gave me anxiety
It was very good experience during my visit to this clinic, thank you so much for your care.
Was delayed because I had sip of water with my morning pills as it said I could in instructions. Instructions should be updated.
Gentle and kind. Wonderful. My only suggestion refers to the preparation: the prescription of the laxative medicine scared me somewhat, as it did not explain the effects of what we are supposed to take. This was especially the case for Magnesium Citrate. I had to get up at 4:30am to take it but did not know the effects (immediate or delayed, could I still sleep or did I have to stay near the toilet, etc.). It might help to give more information not only on what to do but on the effects too.
