Very good experience however wait time was a little long.

My doctor was rude. A prior colonoscopy was cancelled due to incomplete prep so I did the double prep this time, and followed instructions precisely. After my procedure, my doctor (in an unpleasant tone) stated "you still had a lot of poop in there so I'm gonna make you come back in a year. I couldn't see everything." I mentioned the double prep and he said "you'll need to prep more next time." I asked why it could have happened and he said "some people's colons or maybe your diet." And then he left the room without offering any suggestions about what to do next time. Just a snarly accusation and nothing helpful. On the discharge instructions he wrote my prep was "adequate at best." Believe me, that prep is not fun and I followed the instructions exactly. His implication that I did him an injustice by making the procedure hard for him was unhelpful, narcissistic, and off-putting. Zero chance I'd return to him, although the facility itself was nice and all the other staff were great. I still have no idea how to prep better for my next procedure.

My initial nurse, and the nurses in the procedure room (didn't get names) were great. The Dr. who performed thr procedure was also.

the recovery nurse, was efficient compassionate a good listener kind and exuded confidence....quality staff!

Everyone was amazing from the front desk til I was taken out to my vehicle. Super friendly, helpful and great dealing with my anxiety.
