The doctor who did my procedure was very brusque and distracted. His first question to me was "what are you doing here?" then he rolled his eyes at the answer and left the room. If it weren't for the anesthesiologist and stellar nurses, I would have been uncomfortable enough to cancel the appointment. I have still been unable to access any test results because my discharge papers and your website both have incorrect instructions about how to access your portal. You also failed to properly process my paperwork clearing me for an unrelated surgery and now I have to wait to be seen in one of your clinics despite no conclusive findings from the distracted doctor.

I have been to this facility twice. All staff (from receptionist to all medical) were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They made it a very comfortable experience. Can't say enough! Given the opportunity, I'll highly recommend it!
