Everything went fine

night before procedure at 5:30 pm , I was informed my procedure site was changed from Woodbury to St. Paul due to an equipment malfunction. I realize this couldn't be helped. it was a real inconvenience as I live in Woodbury and my ride was set for Woodbury. better to be inconcenciedvsnd have sterile equipment.

I can not thank the entire staff there enough! I have been a RN for 38 years and I have never seen such a great group of loving and caring staff! Every person from check in to check out was OUTSTANDING! Everyone was sooo professional and caring! The entire vibe was great! Dr. spencer is amazing!! Your company is blessed to have this staff! Please share my thanks to the great group! They all made an experience that I always dread a pleasant one!! God bless you all!!! I pray that when you each need care you will have loving help like you provide.

I appreciated that each person I saw verified my name, birthdate and what I was there for. I also appreciated the precautions everyone was taking in regards to COVID 19.

Everyone was great. The only suggestion would be in the written prep instructions. It was somewhat unclear if I should be concerned with vomiting up the Gatorade-miralax liquid (i.e. if it would affect cleanout). The prep instructions talked about what to do if it happens (pause for a while and continue), but was vague on if vomiting would affect the cleanout (it didn't, but my timetable was thrown off).

Aside from the prep this was not a difficult procedure for me. Their was professionalism and skill at every level.

I always refer the St Paul location because of their professional service.

Excellent visit. All staff were respectful and considerate. They were friendly, yet professional and seemed happy with the roles.
