All staff was great

To me, it seemed a little too eager to get me out of there.

Everything was good except for the delay. I honestly do not remember what written materials I was given after the procedure, so I could be mistaken when I said that I did not get them. You should ask for this sooner, not one week later.

It was a professional, caring experience

The doctor and other staff attending to me from pre-endoscopy to recovery were very kind, professional and attentive. I requested the doctor I had three years ago because of her kindness and professionalism.

No bad experiences. Everything was very professional and I have nothing but positive thoughts about the entire experience.

Prep was overkill, even for someone who is usually constipated. I had to take nulytely and I didn't take the 2nd half of the solution because my stool had already been clear. Nurses were nice but never suggested a time before procedure to use the restroom
