I was very anxious for this appointment due to the nature of my medical problems. I felt very comfortable with everyone & I especially felt listened to & understood by the doctor, very impressed with everything. Also making my follow up procedures was very easy - able to schedule much sooner than I expected.

Concerns about the recent disclosure of personal data will weigh heavily in the future. Also, I need to change locations because of a planned move.
I was directed to return 2-3 weeks following the upper endoscopy. That is impossible because no one at any of your locations are available. Myself and my provider at an outside clinic who ordered the procedure have repeatedly requested results of this test. It's now 3 weeks after the pill can study and no one responds. This is unacceptable and why I don't prefer to go to MNGI.

It took the lab tech two tries to get the needle situated in my vein to draw blood. I give blood every 8 weeks and have been told by many phlebotomists that I have great veins. I don't know why she struggled so much, and it hurt a lot.
