I'll say this here and is no reflection on staff but more on MNGI's practice of taking a blood test and sending it out and not getting results for THREE DAYS. Completely unacceptable! My primary clinic has a third party doing their lab work and I get results in two to four HOURS normally. I will never do another blood test in clinic with you again.

I was never told how long it would take until I would get any results back. I don't want to hear that that's my responsibility, I'm paying you a lot of money that you will keep me ultra Informed.
Unfortunately, again testing had to be scheduled month out, which means 3/4 of a year before I can get diagnosis & testing & treatment. A common occurrence with specialists currently.
Was told to call MNGI number, they told me the wrong # so I was transferred x2 to the actual person I needed was not told i needed to schedule w/local hospital. Poor explanation of next steps, who to call & when.
I didn't know if I was dismissed or not. A staff member then popped their head in and asked if I needed anything else.
Together with my doctor we came up with a clear plan of action and next steps were plainly outlined based on level of need. At no time did I feel disregarded in determining what was most important to me and for my life and schedule.
