Information from lab takes to long and is not clear for client. How to get lab results and understand them is a disaster....
Everybody is always very good to me, I would never go anywhere else.
Ever one was great blood work only.
Requested a full print out of prep for colonoscopy but not received after making appt. for it.
A good place for patients.
I give at I would say this is a good clinic and I would refer my friends and family.
Usually it's always check-in, nurse & provider. Understood everything he told me, if I had questions, he answered them all in plain English. I don't normally do surveys, because usually most everything goes as planned. If I feel that something was off I'd say something to whoever I was seeing or dealing with (if it was something that wasn't medical). Although I did tell whoever I talked to about meds I needed for a CT scan (which I had to reschedule because of some confussion between mosttly my clinic & the CT scan clinic, I told the person I talked to that I'm going to look into chaging my PCP).
Complete waste of my time and money
Care Plan: seemed to me, the Dr said I could follow up as needed, so I was surprised to get an email, asking me to schedule soon!
I really liked getting the print out as I am hard of hearing and I then have something to check back on.
