I was told that a stool sample was needed. I took the kit, went home, then made the trip back to the clinic to drop them off. I was very careful as I was instructed that one needed to be refrigerated and one needed to be frozen. I returned them to the clinic, one frozen, one refrigerated, as instructed. When I dropped them off I even told the receptionist that and she thanked me as she put them in a bin. I got a call this morning that the samples weren't valid because they were left at room temperature. Now I not only have to make two extra trips to the clinic, I have to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT just to go pick up a new kit. Really disappointed at the amount of time I'm having to waste because they didn't properly handle my samples.
