My only issue: After my Initial visit, I was supposed to be contacted to schedule follow up appointments. That never happened. I ended up calling back in to schedule the next appointments. They admitted they had the wrong phone number for me. No mention if they had made any attempts to call me, or not.

The written plan included in the portal is very helpful.
I came with concerns with my changing health and don't feel any better after being there.
Having a written plan to take home was very helpful since we did discuss many issues. Having a fiber diet sheet also helped me to choose the right foods for me to eat.
