I was told that there would be a scan ordered, but the next day when I received a text message to schedule that scan, I was kept on hold for about ten minutes. Then a staff member told me that the doctor had not put in the request for the scan in the system. This delayed my ability to follow up and take the next step in my treatment.
Everyone was very concerned and made sure that I totally understand what the plan was and told me that if I had any concerns , to not hesitate and call.
Basically drove 160 miles round trip for nothing. I had chose your clinic as you have someone who deals with motility issues. When I called mid March there were no openings & June schedules were not out.
Wonderful customer service.
Very good - clear communications & direction - my health is improving.
Faster elevators in the building.
I have recommended your office to my sister and a cousin for treatment. They both have received excellent care.
I feel much better informed about my condition. Glad I asked for the meeting.
I didn't really have a care plan. I felt like it was up to me to figure out what the next steps are.
I left completely understanding the care course of action I needed to follow.
