As I checked out, I was given a standard prep kit and told I would be called to schedule my colonoscopy. When the scheduler called, they called back to the office to speak to the nurse to ask about my prep since I have constipation. They confirmed the standard prep. Then, on the Friday before my procedure, I started getting texts about needing to do a double prep. I had to reach out thru the portal to ask a question about my kidneys. I ended up calling the nurse line right before they closed to resolve the issue. Everyone was being helpful, but it was confusing.
Exceptional! Assistant perked in to inform me that the doctor was finishing up my documents shortly. Then another nurse came in with my care plan and went over everything carefully line by line asking if I had any questions. Outstanding!

Being handed my visit summary & finding detailed pages explaining why I'm fat, what well happen for being fat, and how to stop being so fat was insulting, triggering and callous at no point was my weight discussed in session.
Did not feel as though anyone cared about my situation.
