I have been very happy with my care at MNGI.
Overall my care was excellent receptionists courteous & professional, NP was knowledgeable and helpful the first assistant very good, discharge assistant good I felt comfortable in this health care environment, respected and my needs were met I would highly recommend.

I would recommend MNGI because of the expertise of the doctors (NP, & PA's) I saw in the hospital.
CARE PLAN & SCHEDULING MY NEXT APPOINTMENT WAS WELL COVERED BY THE NURSE.
Everyone at the clinic, from the front desk to the medical assistant and physician, as well as the woman that called to schedule the colonoscopy, were so respectful. It was evident that the practice made respect for the patients and their privacy a high priority. Customer service doesn't seem to get a lot of attention in medical practices. It was very evident that all of the individuals that I encountered had received training on the art of customer service. What a difference it made for my visit. Thank you.
