I've only been to a doc appt. twice/both times, you need to wait after seeing the doctor for some reason. This last time I waited quite awhile and ended up having to leave so I let the staff know. Why can't the doc print what is needed & send you on your way right away?

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. I felt completely judged during the appointment, and did not leave feeling good or clear about next steps for my care. Maddening.

From start to finish, everyone we worked with was very professional, caring and concerned for our wellbeing. The entire staff was excellent to work with.

Everyone who helped me during my visit, from the moment I walked in until I left, gave me their full attention, made me feel a part of the process, and always placed my concerns and questions about my health before anything else. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

All of experience was good. I could possibly have benefited from dietary suggestions.

My previous experience with the practice was extraordinarily painful. I submitted a complaint, and filled out a prior survey and received no follow-up contact. This does not give me confidence in how you care for patients.

I just wish I wouldn't have wasted my time by coming to an appointment that wasn't prepared for what I needed done.

Everything went like clockwork.
