*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I didn't really understand what this appointment was for. I called MNGI to ask for clarification on genetic testing and was told to ask the doctoreven though the appt wasn't scheduled for months later. MNGI could have done a better job explaining the results of my colonoscopy and why the need for genetic testing

Amazing staff
The only bad experience is scheduling - in my opinion the schedule should be open more than 3 mo. & people should be allowed to schedule her for their next appt. before leaving the clinic having to mark your calendar to start calling 4 mo. before you are due to be seen is not consistent with good care and when you do call & you are told to call again in a month it is frustrating. But it is even worse when you get a letter saying you need to schedule & you call & you're told there are no appts. The whole process feels like a waste of the time & energy for the patient & the staff. It does not feel respectful to either.
Except for the scheduling nightmare.
MNGI has been an excellent place! Since I've been diagnosed with AIH, I have felt I receive excellent care and have confidence I am receiving the best care!
The whole group of workers are very nice and accommodating!
