Despite the clinic being 40 mins. from my place I would return here for care. Great experience left feeling confident with doctors recommendations. Extremely well run clinic.
Lab tech took 20+ to take 1 blood vial, had to do two pokes and both on my hand and arm. Never had issues with taking blood before, especially on the inner arm. I felt like she didn't know what to do and it was making someone who does not have issues with needles pretty anxious. I was pretty close to asking someone else to take the blood.
All good. All staff members are positive professionals, VERY good listeners.
