Explanations were wonderful. Every staff member is so kind and thoughtful.
Everyone there was very caring. The girl that did my blood work was very personable and good at her job with distracting me by chatting. I have already discussed my positive experience here with friends who have dealt with similar issues, and recommended they come here for their care. The discharge paperwork clearly outlined the plan in a way that was comprehensive, but also understandable to whomever receives it.
I wish all organizations were as good as MNGI! Loved every minute I was there. I know what the environment is before I even get there, GREAT!
I would definitely recommend MNGI to my family and friends.
It is virtually impossible to get a an appointment with the same provider. I have been in different clinics every time I've tried to get an appointment because there's nothing available and I need a first available appointment. Calling back to get information also leaves one on hold for at least 20 minutes.
Every staff I encountered was very friendly and professional.
Love getting detailed reports upon leaving.
Wish I would have come here sooner.
