Everyone was very accommodating. I had to travel a great distance for the appointment and the option of virtual visits was a huge benefit. Not many providers are so welcoming of those options, even when patients have to travel 75+ miles so it was greatly appreciated.

I am not happy about my colonoscopy. It was not coded as routine and was not told that this was going to be the case. Therefore I owe over $1000. I have not had one for 3 years and I don't feel this should not be considered routine MNGI is not willing to work w/me on this even when I was not informed.
Everyone, including myself says if you need a procedure, use MNGI. They're the best!

I asked a few questions during the visit and was furnished with some educational materials about healthy foods and the amount I should be consuming per day. I had never seen such a nice chart as this even though I am comfortable browsing the internet to find information. Thank you MNGI.
We have already received 2 call backs from clinic and it is easy to reschedule.
The initial care assistant was informed of my new symptoms before my provider came in, and said she would let my provider know why I was there. This communication did not seem to happen because my provider didn't know about my new symptoms. My provider said he would write down doses of supplements to take in the aftercare notes, this did not happen
