Care plan explained and reviewed by both doctor and assistant along with after care summary provided
The computer system was down so we didn't get any care instructions. I had to write on a piece of paper and tried to keep up the best I could.
That everyone did a good job.

Very well explained course of action and what to expect
I have seen many providers at this office and prior to yesterday. I would not have recommended this clinic just due to our bad experiences with previous providers. However, the provider we met with yesterday was very nice.
Other than the male nurse who drew my daughter's blood, everyone was highly professional.

Some instructions contradicted each other (ex.: Can't use Miralax w/Crohn's test). Also took over 2 weeks to get breath tests which we thought would arrive in a few days.
Would be nice if there was a faster way to obtain lactose intolerance tests instead of waiting for arrival in mail.
