*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I understand your need to make communications extremely clear hence the heavy paperwork while in clinic. Wonder if this could be accomplished electronically to save trees? I get more papers from your clinic than any other. You have a great clinic, just an idea for the environment.

My veins are fun to find so after one try the lab assistant talked to me about waiting for her partner to help do they could be a team do draw my blood. Great work!
A plan was put in place. We know what to do in preparation in coming back for follow up.
After dr left, the clinic assistant did not come back to take me for labs. After waiting 15 minutes, I went out of the room to find help. I understand he was in training, but that wait was unacceptable.
