I am a senior and have difficulty driving for 45 minutes to get to a clinic for my care. Why are all the physicians opting to set up offices in outlying suburbs, and making in the city of Minneapolis very difficult to to get taken care of by my long-time physician? I know that I am not the only senior-citizen that feels this way!!!!
The individual practitioners have, for the most part been fine. It's the system, the reliance on mid-level NPs and PAs and lack of effective communication between teams that I have observed.

The entire MNGI experience was great, with the exception of the doctor. I will happily come back to this facility, but I will not see this doctor again.

When I left the office I didn't know my care plan but I did later that evening when the MD obtained the test results from December and called me at home
The nurses and waiting room staff have always been great but due to bad experiences with multiple providers, I am reluctant to recommend the practice as a whole.
