Experience
Delaney Long completed her undergraduate studies at the College of Saint Benedict in Saint Joseph, MN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and Hispanic Studies in 2011. She became certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration in 2012 and practiced as a Registered Dietitian for four years, in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She obtained her degree as a Physician Assistant from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona in 2018. She worked for two years as a Hospitalist PA-C and joined MNGI Digestive Health in 2021. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the MN Academy of Physician Assistants (MAPA).

Accomplishments
Delaney was selected as one of 40 Nutrition Outreach Fellows from around the country through the PA Foundation for 2020-2021. She was also selected as MAPA’s PA Mentor of the Year for 2020. She is a registered dietitian.
