Polly received her Bachelor of Nursing from Winona State University and her Master of Arts in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. Prior to starting with Minnesota Gastroenterology, she practiced in internal medicine and family practice as a Nurse Practitioner.

Polly began working at MNGI Digestive Health (previously Minnesota Gastroenterology) in 2000, most of that time at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. She enjoys the acute care setting and collaboration with the hospital teams.
