Always very satisfied at MNGI!

When I brought stool sample back there was concern by the lab that I had overfilled it. I wish the person who gave me the collection vials had stressed the importance of the measurement of stool to be exact (vial with red liquid)

My only frustration was that I needed labs done, but the lab closes early on Fridays. I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to get this done at my visit. Why wouldn't they be open long enough to meet the needs of patients? Now I need to find time to go all the way back there and with my busy life, this is ver difficult.

The person who first tried to draw blood was unsuccessful, so rather than try again, she sought assistance from someone more experienced. I really appreciated that level of patient care and understanding.

If the doctor says ASAP for a test, why am I still waiting for a date for the test?You turn things over to a scheduler and then you just drop the case. Very poor patient service.

I'm still in a lot of pain, which I could've been on treatment for over a week if the staff listened to me.
