Again, Dr. Smith is Excellent at explaining what is going on with my body, and how they will fix it. He even draws pictures to help with understanding :)

You were there when I needed the extra help and I appreciate it. I am going to mention MNGI to my local doctors & suggest they use MNGI to help fill the patients needs when they are overbooked!
I was sent to the lab were the technician was very friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I left without being able to schedule my next visit because the people at the desk were tied up. They told me I would have to wait about 20 minutes, so I decided to have them contact me with a schedule and left.

The only thing- having staff come into the room 15-20 minutes after the doc has left, and repeat everything we just talked about, for an office appointment, is overkill. The staff was friendly and professional, but the room is cold and I don't want to sit there and wait another quarter hour. Not all patients are Neanderthals.

It is a pain during infusion at Coon Rapids to have to check in at another floor than the infusion floor.
