Experience

Rachael received her undergraduate nursing degree from Winona State University in 2014 and began working as an RN on a general surgery/trauma at Mayo Clinic. In 2017, she then moved to working in the ICU at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. She went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Winona State and graduated in 2023. Rachael joined MNGI in 2024
