*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
The lab staff seemed disorganized and a little confused. I spent time sitting around and waiting. They did not draw enough blood from me the first time, so they had to do It a second time!! I did not appreciate that, and was not impressed. Also, I have since received two test results from them with no explanation, where they probably should have a little.

Good documentation throughout, promptly distributed
My biggest concern was arriving 20 minutes before appointment as instructed, then waiting an additional 30 minutes to see provider. I had to return to work after the appointment; it would be great if practitioners take this into consideration. A phone call alerting me the practitioner was running behind would have been appreciated as I could have moved back the time I needed to be at the clinic.
It was good this time. Your patient portal is by far the least user friendly of any I've seen. Last year following a colonoscopy, I found out I'd been diagnosed with probable celiac disease, only because of a scheduling agent calling me 6 weeks later to schedule a follow up appointment. Unbelievable. Haven't seen the portal or It's searchability improve since.
I know they did what they could to take care of my health.
