*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I would especially like to commend the young woman who came into the room to review the doctor's notes and plans for me. She was so sweet and caring. I also would like to commend the lab tech who was very capable and caring too.

I was not told on my initial procedure that a follow-up procedure was optional. It was only explained to me (quite well) durIng my followup visit. I wish I had been given more information upfront about the second procedure. Trouble is, I was still coming out of sedation when the followup was discussed. Maybe a later consult should have been scheduled to go over the findings and talk about followup options.
Very helpful by taking time & not rushing to finish with me.

Wonderful experience from initial phone call to appt. All staff were delightful, professional and well worth my drive from northern Minnesota.
Excellent patient service .. BUT took way too long to be scheduled re my ongoing X3/day diarrhea bouts. I KNOW now how to handle it.
I have had the opportunity of recommending MNGI to a friend having GI issues.
