Great communication
I had lab work done the day of my visit. Apparently something went wrong with this lab work and I had to go back in to have this re-done. No explanation was given to me as to why I had to come back in only that my doctor ordered this lab work as if I never had blood drawn the week before. So I had to miss more work to come in for a 2nd time to have blood drawn, I was even more irritated when I had to wait 20 minutes after appointment time to have this done. My appointment time was 7:45 am, If the REAL appointment was actually not until 8:00 am, then tell me that. There is absolutely NO reason I should have to come in 15-20 minutes early for a lab appointment!

There were four different staff members who knocked and walked into the exam room, all different and each with their own role in the function of the operation
Due to a misread lab result & provider not knowing about the therapy available in the area, I would not recommend.
I felt very good about my care when I left the office. I knew I was in good hands.
