MNGI is the best! Very thorough capturing every detail and explaining everything!
From the phone call to confirm the appointment, to the office staff at check in , the medical staff, the doctor and the lab, everyone was so nice and so professional. I didn't feel rushed or like they were in a hurry. The clinic is exceptionally clean

I do wish schedulers could be on site to coordinate follow up appointments. The telephone staff has always been skillful but in person while at appt. would be advantageous.
In getting me scheduled for an upper GI and Colonoscopy a number of the staff worked very hard to schedule these procedures. The Lakeville office did an outstanding job of coordinating needed Information between my heart doctor and MNGI. My procedures would not have happened without their outstanding efforts.

It takes a long time, after seeing the doctor, to get the written visit plan.
I would, if the person does not mind going to that location. If it was not for proximity I would definately go back to Lakeville. The facility and staffs are on par.
