MNGI's Clinic is located at street level in the Northeast corner of the building. You will enter using our outside entrance and not the main lobby of the building.
Our Pediatric clinic is a great place to schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns, but is not a location for endoscopic procedures. If your child is in need of a procedure, that will be scheduled at our Vadnais Heights or Maple Grove locations after a consultation with our physician.
Very well facilitated and communicated very well.
So grateful the MD typed up what we discussed. THe plan was extensive and it is so helpful to have it written down.
Wait for 30 minutes had to ask what was going on. Received two answers at the same time. Then waited another 8 minutes till the doctor showed up! I was the first or second patient that day. Horrible service. I planned a early visit cause I have a job also.
I received a phone message, I called back and was asked if I read the instructions on the Patient Portal and was lectured about how I needed to do that first before she could do anything more. NO ONE told me there was information on the Patient Portal. I was told I would be called and follow testing would be set up with my daughter's regular doctor. GUESS WHAT? There is nothing on my daughter's Patient Portal. No NOTES, NO VISITS. NOT HAPPY! Another day delay.
Every employee that I have come into contact with has been amazing. This has been a great clinic for my son he feels comfortable with everyone he comes into contact with.
Lab tech amazing!
Dr. Kevan left a very thorough and thoughtful voicemail. We appreciated by her excellent ability to communicate.
I had received a follow up call, I did have some concerns arise and was able to discuss them with the nurse who called and she was very willing to listen and forward my concerns to the doctor.
3. Not sure 100% of next steps. Lab tests done and now trying an OTC therapy.
The nurses and reception staff were excellent, and the wait between appointment start, nurse visit complete, and doctor in the room was great. Perhaps other doctors are better at listening to parents and answering questions, but I was disappointed in Dr, to the point that I asked for the surgery to be on a week when he is not working.
