Significant delay post-doctor visit waiting for lab

This is the 4th MNGI facility I have used. They are all clean up to date - easy parking. Clean - ALL staff friendly.

*Sarah and *Dr. Perdue were great! But making appointments is a nightmare. Especially difficult for sick patients. Please improve this issue. Calling for information or questions is impossible. No excuse.
I was still a little foggy from the anesthesia to ask good questions.
MNGI was extremely slow sending a referral. I had to call twice. It took 1-2 weeks just to be able to schedule a procedure due to that slowness -
