*Dr. Boldt was very informative explained and showed me what was happening. I will continue going to MNGI.
All good happy I changed clinics
Good
I'd recommend Dr. Farah in a heartbeat. But, my experiences with the mid-levels has been very frustrating. Did I mention I tried to talk the the PA about her misdiagnosis and her unhelpfulness regarding the medication she prescribed and she pretended there had been no problem.
Dr. Mitlyng is the best physician I've ever had. My family makes trips from out of state to see him.
Everything went really well. I would highly recommend the Plymouth office.
I was well-informed of the care plan.
I receive good care at MNGI. Although my symptoms have been hard to diagnose, and some doctors don't agree on my treatment, they always treat me with respect.
There was an issue with my prescription getting filled and after I called the office again it was resolved.
Had a call where I had to go over med history because according to that person they and the clinic where I had the scoping are not really sharing info. Had a call today finally about scheduling the 3 month follow up to the scoping from 2 weeks ago and that person starts to ask me all the same or similar medical history questions,. Why? Either you have the info or you do not. If the info is for the appointment in 3 months that makes no sense. I went to the pharmacy on Monday and the medicine was still waiting approval, I forget the term they used. Also you double send nearly every email to me. Also your phone system for holds could be better.
