*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Have a clear plan. My anxiety subsided.
Even with exceptional providers if no thought is given to efficiency of scheduling, patients will go somewhere else.
I am very happy with the entire visit. Also happy finding *Sara Holsather PAC for my care.
My experience w/ the provider was excellent; but I was upset to learn on Thurs. when a scheduler called to schedule procedure that she was NOT available for the follow-up visit I was to schedule. Seems she is gone for awhile; I felt that should have been mentioned! Not part of original visit, but felt this was important to mention. I left Wed. feeling happy to have found someone I thought I could trust & work with only to be hit with the news the next day she would not be available for follow-up.
I couldn't get in with the physician I saw last time but my provider that I did follow up was very good!
I have gone to MNGI for my liver disease for many years and I am very satisfied with the care i received at MNGI. I am very much blessed.
