MNGI Digestive Health is proud to share that Dr. Paul Dambowy was featured on KMOJ 89.9 FM the morning of April 9 during their weekday morning program. KMOJ is dedicated to empowering Communities of Color through education and mass communication, and we were honored to be part of this important conversation.

During the segment, Dr. Dambowy highlighted the critical importance of colorectal cancer screening, particularly within the Black community, where mortality rates remain disproportionately high. He discussed risk factors, the importance of early detection, and how MNGI continues to innovate the patient experience through improved prep, anesthesia, and the integration of artificial intelligence during colonoscopy procedures. In a previous blog, we took a deep look at the impact of colorectal cancer in our black community: Why Colorectal Cancer Impacts Our Black Communities | A Deeper Look for Black History Month.

We invite you to listen to the full interview and hear how MNGI is working to advance health equity in our community: Listen to the interview.

We extend our sincere thanks to KMOJ for the opportunity to share this message and to Dr. Dambowy for his expertise and dedication. Stay connected with MNGI for more updates on how we’re engaging with the community and promoting digestive health for all.
