My hesitation in recommending the practice is the scheduling issues.
Dr. Roberson is amazing!
I understand the care plan from the clarity of written word, however, part of the "care plan" included seeing another specialist, but Jen told me I didn't have the condition that specialist treats, so I'm not sure what the purpose of going there would be.
The person checking me out popped her head into the room maybe 1 minute after the provider left. She introduced herself and said she was pulling things together for check out and would be just a couple of minutes. I appreciated the quick pop in - it was thoughtful and reassured me that my chart wasn't just sitting on a pile on someone's desk, that the next person would be in soon. It also set a tone that said she was human rather than a cog in a machine. I appreciated that.

Male receptionist not helpful in getting my transportation home
From reception to nurses or assistants, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The entire group made going to the doctor enjoyable.
