My entire experience in the clinic was good. I left feeling confident that we had a good treatment plan in place. However, I never did get my refills. I let the provider know that I'm almost out of pantoprazole and then I won't have any beginning Friday. She said she would send those refills over right away. I don't know for sure if it was a failure on the provider's end or on the pharmacy's end, but I never did get it and I've been out of medication for days now. I'm very unhappy about it. But again, I don't know exactly who to blame. The pharmacy says sometimes they have trouble with their third party who receives the prescriptions and then sends them on.
