Not bad
I was told that a stool sample was needed. I took the kit, went home, then made the trip back to the clinic to drop them off. I was very careful as I was instructed that one needed to be refrigerated and one needed to be frozen. I returned them to the clinic, one frozen, one refrigerated, as instructed. When I dropped them off I even told the receptionist that and she thanked me as she put them in a bin. I got a call this morning that the samples weren't valid because they were left at room temperature. Now I not only have to make two extra trips to the clinic, I have to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT just to go pick up a new kit. Really disappointed at the amount of time I'm having to waste because they didn't properly handle my samples.

I wasted one hour of my time ang got no results could not understand the so called doctor just wised my tine for nothing

The assistant who talked to me after the doctor was not on the same page and gave me very different directions from the doctor.
Good.
The person who took my blood pressure and got me situated In the exam room was very kind. Also, I would like to mention the woman who drew my blood sample did an excellent job and it was the least painful blood draw that I have experienced. I felt nothing.
