Every thing was perfect
Fully trained, full-time Phlebotomists have trouble drawing my blood and inserting IVs. After my doc appt, two people tried to draw blood, and then I left, drank tons of water and came back a few hours later, and two more people tried. I asked for the phlebotomy ultrasound machine to find my veins but the Coon Rapids clinic didn't have one. 4 people, 7 pokes, and no success at drawing my blood. I have a hospital procedure on Friday and will see if they can get the blood but I'm concerned about putting in an IV since I have hematoma In both arms. NOT blaming the staff, they're great. Coon Rapids needs a plebotomy ultrasound

I was so impressed with everyone in the office. Lab person was also very great.
Nurse explained things again when I wanted to make sure I followed every step & that I understood it correctly. All staff was so kind.
I left the clinic feeling really good about everything - especially the doctor who saw me.

Wish procedure could have been scheduled sooner than almost 2 mos again.
I'll say this here and is no reflection on staff but more on MNGI's practice of taking a blood test and sending it out and not getting results for THREE DAYS. Completely unacceptable! My primary clinic has a third party doing their lab work and I get results in two to four HOURS normally. I will never do another blood test in clinic with you again.
Very good
