I just don't see how things could be improved. It's obvious a very high standard of professionalism has been established at your facility.
After leaving any doctors often I sometimes start second guessing myself - wondering if remembered everything correctly. I wonder if I'm following instructions correctly. At your clinic I can just call and someone helps reassure me.
There was a bit of a mix-up at the end. I thought I was waiting for someone after doc left. After 10 minutes, I asked staff, and I was only waiting for discharge papers.
