I knew you treat a lot of people and need to be efficient, but please always keep the humane and kind treatment. I'll make sure I don't babble and waste your time. :)
My care plan included a timely follow up appt which was impossible to get with same doctor or even another phys or pa in 2 weeks . This is a problem.
Thorough follow up after leaving the office
The doctor was very nice, but I don't really feel as if my concerns were addressed. I was just told to take Metamucil each day and every other day if it worked too well. But I had just said I do not have constipation. My pain is in my back and on my side and I have gallbladder polyps and hemorrhoids. This was not addressed, though I did see a note on the printout about a referral but don't know what to do about this. I will call the office and ask.

Great experience all around. I encountered very kind people from start to finish.
Everyone worked so well together. Mom had blood drawn and they were training a newer gal and worked so patiently with her all the while making sure mom was ok.
NP made me feel so relaxed and I felt she really cared and understood my problem
